Shooting 4 Mini Nukes with one shot in Fallout 4 - Four Mini Nukes with the Big Boy Launcher - How to Shoot Multiple Mini Nukes at once
Make sure you have a Big Boy launcher if you would like to shoot 4 or any other variant if you want to only shoot two. You will also need a suit of power armor. Get in the armor and aim your fatman in 1st person view. Without moving zoom back out and switch over to 3rd person. Now simply shoot the gun without zooming back in and you should have successfully shot twice, producing 4 mini nukes at once.
